2. Prices
To display the prices of the accessories for sale (in the page describing the products) you have to search the model of your motorbike through the searching engine at the bottom of the page.

All prices in the web site are to be understood in Euro (VAT not included). To those prices you have always to add possible freight costs (considering also the VAT amount) and this is valid both for firms and for private customers.

3. Terms of Payment
The terms of payments granted by Motopassion.it are as follows:

•  Through Bank Transfer (you will be advised of the exact date of delivery, so as to transfer the payment only few days before the delivery);

•  With Credit Card (secure online payments system Pay Pal )

4. Delivery Times
In the pages that describe each item you will find the mean delivery time starting from the moment of your order. Said delivery times are to be understood as indicative but not binding for us. For reasons beyond our control we are not to be considered responsible for possible delays or defaults of deliveries and we can make use of our right to clear completely or partially your order, suspend or put off the accomplishment thereof.

In case of multiple order (order of more than one item) the delivery time to be taken into consideration is the longest one (among those indicated for the ordered items).

5. Discounts
In the page descriptive of each item you will find - below the description or above it – a searching engine, through which you can find your motorbike. The items resulting from the search present a price in EURO (VAT, transport freight, and , where applicable, customs duties not included) and the REDUCED Price (the price you would pay in case of purchase).

6. Warranty
12 months for the quality:
All items are guaranteed against material or manufacturing defects for 12 months from the delivery date. The item, which reveal defects during this period of warranty will be repaired or replaced without extra expenses for the purchaser. The defects deriving from improper use are not guranteed and we refuse any reasponsibility on damages caused by incorrect use. We desclaim anyway any responsibility for consequences or damages deriving from the goods supplied by us and we leave such responsibilities to the respective manufacturers. In case of restitution, we please ask you to contact us to agree the terms. The items to be returned have to be sent back with their relative packaging, sending also copy of the invoice and a clear explanation of the defects.

10 days to look over:
If you are not satisfied with the item, since it presents defects or it does not respect the characteristics stated at the moment of the purchase, you can send it back within 10 days from date of receipt. We will take care of transferring to you the already paid amount, excluding the freight costs, which won't be refunded. Before sending the goods back to us, we please ask you to contact us, so as to agree the terms of refunding. The goods have to be returned original condition and packaging and with proper external packing. The freight costs to send the material back to us will be on your charge and the delivery way will be chosen by you. It is compulsory to put inside the packing also a copy of the sales invoice. We won't accept any return if the item respects the sale characteristics.

7. Privacy
All personal data you give us shall be processed lawfully and fairly and will be handled as confidential. Your details will be saved in an informatic support in our head quarter exclusively to allow us to fulfil all obligations linked with the clearance of your orders. Said details will be communicated only to those who are strictly involved in the clearance of your order (carrier, Post Office, banks or whatsoever).

8. Deliveries
All items that you purchase from Motopassion.it can be collected directly in our warehouse or they can be delivered to your address through a carrier. During the confirmation of your order you will find a button that allows to choose the wished delivery system.
